Harry Hyman is founder and CEO of Primary Health Properties PLC. Harry founded Primary Health Properties in 1996 and it is listed on the London Stock Exchange with a property portfolio of £2.4 billion. He has over twenty years’ experience in fund management and investment in the healthcare and real estate sectors and has been a non-executive director of a number of investment companies, including Royal London UK Income & Equity Trust PLC and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Stephen Barter

Stephen joined Nexus in 2019 and brings a wealth of property experience to the Group. After graduating from Cambridge University, he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with Richard Ellis (now CBRE), later becoming an equity partner of the firm. He subsequently became Head of European Real Estate for an international investment bank, Group Projects Director at Grosvenor, UK CEO of Qatari Diar and, latterly, Chairman of Real Estate Advisory at KPMG. He established his own investment and advisory firm, Wilton Capital Advisers, in 2018. Stephen’s experience extends to property investment and financing, large-scale placemaking regeneration developments, public private partnerships, and the creation and management of property funds. He has served on the UK Prime Minister’s Property Consultative Committee, the Bank of England Property Forum and the Ministry of Defence’s Defence Estate Committee. He is a former UK Chairman of the Urban Land Institute. Among other current appointments, he is Special Adviser on Property to the CEO of Marks & Spencer, a Member of the Global Advisory Board of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a member of the Advisory Council of the London Symphony Orchestra.

Andrew Herd

Andrew graduated in law from Cambridge University before qualifying as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse. He then spent many years as an investment banker, having senior roles with Morgan Grenfell, Paribas Capital Markets and SG Hambros. He is now the Managing Director of Lancashire Court Capital Limited, a London based investment and consulting business (with a special interest in the gaming and banking sectors) and is the Chief Executive of its affiliate, GGV (Developments) Limited. Andrew is a non-executive director and the Audit Committee Chair at United Trust Bank, a rapidly growing U.K. ‘challenger’ bank.

Bernard Kelly is a solicitor. Bernard was once a partner of Simmons and Simmons before becoming Director of S G Warburg & Co. He was also Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Lazard Brothers. He is a director of companies in the USA and UK in manufacturing, property and financial service industries.
